Instructions for Accepted Poster and Demo Presenters

The prime time for posters & demos is on Thursday lunch break, currently scheduled 12:05-13:30. We hope you arrange your lunch accordingly that day; we try to arrange lunch to be available already before the actual lunch break. Please note that the poster stands are available right from the beginning of the actual conference, and we hope you hang your posters as soon as possible on 13th of September. It is then up to you to decide when you will be available for visitors. It is a good idea to attach a note to the poster telling about your availability.

We are interested in demonstrations of all approaches to the full range of MobileHCI related topics. Demonstrations can be related to submitted papers, posters or industrial cases, but they also can be completely independent of the other content in the conference.

We are seeking submissions on anything from research prototypes to industry applications. We encourage everyone to do a demonstration of their work, research, service, prototype or product.

We are also interested in good quality student demonstrations. We encourage making your demonstration visually or otherwise appealing and presenting it in an innovative way. Demo submissions should be a maximum of 4 pages (including figures). We will investigate infrastructure and equipment possibilities for the selected demonstrations.

Please email a PDF version of the description of the demonstration to with full contact details in the email.

The deadline for submission of demonstrations was 10:00 PM Pacific time (UTC-8) Sunday, 7 May 2006. I

f your demonstration is accepted you will be asked to submit a 1-page description (including figures) of the demonstration for inclusion in the proceedings.
