The submissions of full papers and short papers are done with different instances of OpenConf system! Should You submit both a full paper and a short paper, You need to create user credentials to both submission systems.

Instructions for Authors
MobileHCI 2006 is organized in co-operation with ACM. Short papers are included in the conference proceedings. The format of the printed submissions must conform to the two-column ACM format. The final submitted files must be in PDF format. Short Paper submissions should be a maximum of 4 pages (including figures and references). Short papers must be submitted anonymised - please remove names and affiliations from the first page and any other material that would allow authorship to be easily identified by the reviewers.
